They are now looking to appoint a Design Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an architecturally trained professional who wants to take ownership of projects from the outset and play a key role within a high-quality, design-led business. The Opportunity This position has been created to support a number of newly secured schemes, meaning you will be involved from day one , taking full control of the design process and helping shape project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. You will typically run two projects concurrently , with a combined value of approximately £14m , working closely with the commercial, construction and client teams to ensure the highest standards of design coordination and delivery.
