Our Buildingdivision continues to expand across the North West, and we are looking to support this growth with the addition of an established Design Manager, who will lead and coordinate design and technical teams across a range of building projects and tenders. Working as an integrated member of our project delivery teams, youll help shape design solutions, guide consultants, and ensure information is clear, coordinated and buildable. You will also contribute to project bidding and pre-construction activities, supporting the continued success and development of the Building Division.
Were looking for someone with experience across both the design and construction of building projects, with proven experience of working on large scale residential projects. Sound understanding of engineering principles and application are essential for this role, as isexcellent technical knowledge, creative thinking and strong team working skills.
