This is a great opportunity for a Design Coordinator / aspiring Design Manager to join a successful company that operates in the high voltage industry and is recognised throughout the industry as a great place to work.
The purpose of the role is to coordinate / manage a team of design engineers, working on a range of HV projects.
Previous experience as a Design Coordinator or Design Manager is essential. It doesn't matter what industry this experience has been in, but preference is for someone from an engineering or manufacturing background.
A proven track record managing the design process and all related information, ensuring teams meet deadlines is essential. It's also important to have experience liaising with external sub-contractors who are assisting with portions of the design, manufacturers and other third parties. A background managing a small team of people is also required.
