They have a brand-new Mechanical Design Engineering Manager opportunity to manage the design process of new and innovative products. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the complete mechanical design process, including requirements specification, feasibility studies, design reviews, cost management, and scheduling. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to establish design requirements, implement best design practices, and achieve functional product design solutions. Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Design mechanical components. Transition 3D mechanical designs to 2D drawings and apply mechanical tolerancing/GD&T to achieve desired fit and functionality of manufactured parts.
