Design Engineer - Navenby, Lincs - Attractive package ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Design Engineer with immediate effect for our client based close to the Navenby area of Lincolnshire. Design Engineer: Strengthen the Engineering function by providing robust technical support, guidance, project delivery and documentation across departments including Sales, Projects, Reactive, Manufacturing, and Quality. This role demands a practical understanding of machinery and compliance, a strong capability with CAD software, and a proactive approach to project management and technical problem-solving. Duties: To abide by & promote health & safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed. Computer Aided Design (2D & 3D CAD) capability to: Support the development of product within the portfolio. Bespoke solutions to satisfy customer needs. Sales support - Integrating current product to customer site specific needs.
