Now Hiring: Design Delivery Manager - Telecoms\n\n Location: Reading (Field based role)\n\n Hybrid: 2-3 days per month in the office\n\n Type: Permanent\n\nAre you a Design Delivery Manager with a passion for mobile infrastructure site design and driving high-quality project delivery?\n\nJoin a forward-thinking telecoms organisation that's shaping the future of network design and digital transformation.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Design Delivery Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end design delivery and approval process, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.\n\nYou'll play a key role in:\n\n✅ Managing and empowering design suppliers to deliver "right first time" results.\n\n✅ Reviewing and approving site design drawings.\n\n✅ Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and company standards.\n\n✅ Driving process optimisation and supporting digital transformation in design delivery.\n\n✅ Building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers while ensuring customer satisfaction.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nStrong background in mobile infrastructure site design and project delivery.\nProven ability to sign off drawings and ensure design compliance.\nExperience managing multiple projects and design partners simultaneously.\nUnderstanding of CDM requirements, health & safety, and telecoms design standards.\nCommercial awareness to ensure cost-effective design solutions.\nProject management qualification (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum) .\nA proactive, "can-do" attitude with a passion for continuous improvement. \n\nTo apply for the Design Delivery Manager, please send your CV to (url removed)\n\nProject People is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
