Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 + bonus

The role of the Design Coordinator – Facades will involve:

* Design Coordinator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, Glass Reinforced Concrete, Brickslips, Terracotta, Renders, Aluminium and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) cladding.

* Coordinating the design process between various internal and external stakeholders

* Liaising with external design suppliers ensuring designs meet requirements

* Ensuring a smooth supply chain keeping projects on schedule

* Working with internal teams in regards to fabrications schedule

* Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met

* Working on projects from £500k - £25m
