Our growing engineering clients based close to Havant have an exciting opportunity for a Design & Compliance Engineer to join their growing team.

The Design & Compliance Engineer will play a key role in the design, development, and certification of the companys product portfolio.

This position combines hands-on product design engineering with regulatory compliance integration, ensuring products are technically robust, manufacturable, and fully certified to relevant UK, European, and international control standards. The role is design-led and technically focused, supporting products from early concept generation through detailed design, testing, certification, and ongoing lifecycle management.

Duties & Responsibilities: Develop new product concepts and engineered solutions aligned with performance and market requirements. Produce detailed 3D models and assemblies using CAD software. Generate accurate manufacturing drawings, including tolerances, materials, and fabrication details. Conduct design reviews and iterate concepts based on performance, cost, and manufacturability.
