Job Overview

The Design Assistant role will be part of our London-based creative team, providing support in developing innovative marketing campaigns and contributing to the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of design concepts/research, mood boards, and presentations.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to help inform design direction.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers when needed.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the design team as needed.
• Work with our finance teams to help manage expenses and any other admin request.
• Assist and help the operational team when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sportswear or sporting goods.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, Can do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for sports and an understanding of performance-driven design an advantage.
