About the Deputy Support Manager role: As a  Deputy Support Manager  you will mentor teams, coach support staff and drive continuous improvement. You will ensure that practice leadership is developed, recognised and reflected in all we do as you work on shift as part of the working rota enabling you to act as a role model of best practice.
