Summary £36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme As of the 1st of March 2026, our pay will be increasing to £38,000 - £46,000. As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
