Looking to become a future Store Manager? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Burnage team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the store — driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands-on role where you\'ll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a fast-paced retail team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Drive performance, maintain high standards, and coach team members to success.
  • Be hands-on on the shop floor, setting the pace and working alongside staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential
