Purpose of the role The role of the Deputy Operations Manager is to support and work alongside the Property Services and Operational Manager and Registered Manager of the service in efficiently co-managing the budgets, overseeing the development of staff and the young people in service, overseeing the day to day management of the service and ensuring young peoples plans are up to date and in line with Ofsted regulations.
