Location: Basildon and Southend University Hospitals and community locations within the Mid and South Essex area
Salary: £31,049 - £37,796 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for a Deputy Phlebotomy Manager on a 6 month fixed term basis.
In this role, you will:
Support a safe, efficient, and patient-focused phlebotomy service Assist the Department Manager with day-to-day coordination and staff supervision Drive service improvements and ensure operational continuity Contribute to diagnostic pathways and enhance the patient experience This is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills, strengthen service resilience, and make a significant impact on organisational performance.The Deputy Phlebotomy Manager supports the delivery of a safe, efficient, and patient-focused phlebotomy service, working closely with the Department Manager to ensure high standards of care and operational performance.
