YourRoleasDeputyNurseryManager

- Supporttheday-to-dayrunningofthenursery
- Lead,motivateandinspireateamof14practitioners
- EnsurefullcompliancewithEYFSandsafeguardingrequirements
- Overseestaffsupervisions,mentoringanddevelopment
- Buildstrong,professionalpartnershipswithparents
- StepupasManagerintheirabsence xbpsjku
