About the Role:\nWe are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager work within one of our partner Nursery's, to support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the setting, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.\n\nAbout the Nursery:\n A vibrant, purpose-built day nursery in Northampton offering excellent resources and a supportive team culture. The nursery encourages creativity, outdoor learning, and continuous improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the team and model best practices\n\nSupport with staff training and development\n\nMaintain accurate records and support Ofsted readiness\n\nWork with the manager to implement policies and procedures\n\nBuild strong relationships with families and external agencies\n\nPrerequisites:\n\nLevel 3 or higher in Early Years\n\nMinimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a nursery\n\nStrong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS\n\nLeadership qualities and excellent communication skills\n\nFirst Aid and DSL training (desirable)
