The Role
* Support the Manager with day‑to‑day operations
* Lead, mentor and inspire the staff team
* Ensure high standards of care, education and safeguarding
* Build strong relationships with families and the community
* Confidently step up in the Manager’s absence
About You
* Level 3 or above in Early Years
* Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
* Experience in a senior or deputy role
* Positive, supportive leadership style
* Passionate about delivering high‑quality early years care
