Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing all pub operations
Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house staff
Ensure consistently high standards of service and hospitality
Support scheduling, budgets, and stock management
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently
