A lively, music-driven, drink-led hotspot right in the centre of Edinburgh. This is not a typical office job and we need a hands-on Deputy Manager with strong leadership skills and is confident managing a busy space in high-volume venues.

The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Deputy Manager to join a very fast-paced, music-driven nightclub. You'll work alongside the General Manager to:
Confidently manage nightly operations with pace, precision and energy
Keep safety, licensing and guest experience at the highest level
Help manage the team, drive sales, coordinate with promoters and DJs
Manage rotas, recruitment and staff development
Work closely with senior management to grow the business
About You
Personal License Holder
3+ years in senior hospitality management (late-night/nightclub experience ideal)
A confident, visible leader who thrives under pressure
Sharp on rota planning, stock and costs
Passionate about nightlife, music, entertainment and high-energy venues
Ready to work late nights
