Deputy Manager - 2/3 Bedded Children's Residential Complex EBD Home Location: Wigan, Manchester Salary: £16.50 to £17 per hour / £36,036 - £37,128 per annum + £30 per sleep Hours: Full-time, Permanent Shifts: 1 on 2 off

About the Role:
As a Deputy Manager , you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a nurturing, safe, and structured environment. You will manage and support a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.
