Deputy Manager Complex Care Chichester | Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm £40,000 £45,000 + Paid Additional Shifts (£22ph) Full-time | Permanent Are you an experienced care professional with a background in trauma-informed care and CAMHS, looking for a role where you can have a genuine, hands-on impact? We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support a bespoke, high-acuity package for a 15-year-old service user within one of the UKs leading, clinically led community care providers. This is a unique opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work closely within a small, dedicated team, delivering highly personalised care and making a real difference to one individuals life. The RoleAs a Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of care for a single, complex package, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred support.You will play a key role in supporting a young person with trauma-related needs and CAMHS involvement, working closely with the wider MDT, family and care team to ensure consistency, stability and positive outcomes.This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends required, however there is the opportunity to pick up additional shifts within the package at £22 per hour.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Registered Manager in overseeing a single, high-acuity care packageEnsure consistent, high-quality care delivery tailored to the individuals needsWork closely with a young person with trauma background and CAMHS involvementSupport and supervise a small, dedicated care teamEnsure care plans, risk assessments and behavioural support plans are followed and updatedLead on safeguarding, incident management and clinical oversightMaintain strong communication with family members, clinicians and external professionalsSupport governance, audits and compliance processesRequirementsExperience in a Deputy Manager, Team Leader or Senior role within careStrong experience working with trauma and CAMHSExperience supporting children or young people with complex emotional or behavioural needsGood understanding of safeguarding, risk management and care planningStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsPassion for delivering high-quality, person-centred careWhats on Offer£40,000 £45,000 salaryMonday to Friday, 9am 5pm working patternAdditional shifts available at £22 per hourOpportunity to join one of the UKs leading community care providersWork within a highly focused, specialist package where you can see real impactOngoing training and developmentClear progression opportunities within a growing organisationAdditional InformationIdeally looking for someone available to start immediatelyWill consider candidates with up to a 3-month notice periodIf you are interested in applying for this position, please click apply or contact Ehsan at Leaders in Care on 07533 113393, quoting the reference number below.
