We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager (Clinical) to support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality nursing care within a well-established care home.
In this Deputy Manager role, you will provide clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care. You will help oversee clinical governance, support staff development, review care plans, manage medication processes, and ensure care delivery meets the standards set by the Care Quality Commission.
You will also assist with pre-admission and risk assessments while working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and wellbeing.
What were looking for -
- Registered Nurse with a valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Previous experience in a Deputy Manager or senior clinical role within a care home
- Good knowledge of Care Quality Commission standards and safeguarding procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
