Deputy Home Manager Position Pay Rate: £25.50 per hour + Benefits Location: Partington, Manchester Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Time Recruitment is thrilled to partner with an outstanding, award-winning care provider with a network of homes across the UK. We're on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join a fantastic care home in Partington, Manchester! This lovely, medium-sized home offers a mix of nursing, residential, and dementia care to elderly residents, with a strong focus on person-centred care. As the Deputy Home Manager, you'll work alongside an amazing Home Manager and a friendly, supportive team. Your role will involve a mix of office-based supernumerary shifts, supporting the Home Manager, and hands-on time on the floor, guiding and inspiring the care team to deliver the best care possible. The home is spread across 4 units and accommodates up to 60 residents, providing a warm and welcoming environment. You'll play an essential part in assessments and help ensure clinical excellence throughout the service.
