Deputy Manager

We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join a small, nurturing therapeutic childrens home supporting children aged 410 years .
This role is ideal for someone who can act as a therapeutic parental figure , offering consistency, emotional safety, and positive role modelling within a trauma-informed environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home

Provide direct care and therapeutic support to children

Lead, mentor, and support staff teams

Promote a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment

Contribute to care planning, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance

About You: Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent)

Have at least 2 years experience in childrens residential care

Demonstrate a calm, nurturing, and emotionally available approach

Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs

A registered driver
