Role Overview: A fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to take charge of a specialist dementia floor (approx. 20 residents) in a luxury care setting. This role is predominantly supernumerary, but you may be required to support on the floor occasionally.

You will share on-call responsibilities with another Deputy Manager who oversees the residential side of the home.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the dementia floor and lead a team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Act as a key support to the Registered Manager, including stepping into full management when required. Uphold and champion dignity, choice, independence, and respect for all residents. Contribute to compliance and auditing processes to meet all care regulations and internal standards.
