About the Role Medway Council is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our Ofsted rated Good in all areas children's home Eden House located in the beautiful village of Upnor. Set within an acre of green space Eden House provides a stable and nurturing environment for up to five young people aged 11 to 17 with emotional and behavioural needs.

You will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the highest quality of care is provided and that the home meets all regulatory requirements. You will play a vital role in leading the team developing staff practice overseeing care planning and contributing to the smooth day to day running of the home.
