Children's Residential Deputy Manager for a Fabulous solo bedded EBD home in Huddersfield (HD5) - possibility to earn up to £42,240! The company is a nationally run organisation with over 62 children's homes up and running. The home is already established and has a strong staff team in place. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to make a real & meaningful difference in the lives of children & young people who have experienced trauma and abuse and have previous experience supporting young people who display challenging behaviours. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive: ? Excellent rate of pay to £42,240 (£17.34 per hour + £60 per sleep) ? Average of 10 shifts and 8 sleep in per month - 173 hours per month ? 2 days on 4 days shift pattern ?
