Key Responsibilities Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies. Lead and motivate staff teams to deliver person-centred care. Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding practices. Manage rota planning and staffing levels effectively.
