Nursery Deputy Manager - Full Time / Permanent
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire (PE21)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, shift-based between 7:00am - 6:00pm
Start Date: As soon as possible

The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the Nursery Manager, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the setting while maintaining high standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
The Role:
As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:
Support the Nursery Manager in the overall leadership and management of the nursery
Take responsibility for the nursery in the Manager's absence
Lead, inspire, and support staff to deliver outstanding early years provision
Ensure the nursery meets all EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
Contribute to staff training, development, and performance management
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
Has previous experience within a nursery setting
Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Is confident, organised, and passionate about early years education
Has excellent communication and leadership skills
