SuperCare is recruiting an experienced and resilient Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a new, high-need children's residential home in Eversfield. This service will support young people with significant trauma histories, learning disabilities, complex mental health needs, and high-risk behaviours. This is a key leadership role, suited to someone who thrives in complex environments and is confident balancing operational oversight with hands-on, therapeutic practice. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home operates safely, consistently, and to a high Ofsted standard.

Significant emotional dysregulation and trauma histories Learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and attachment difficulties Self-harm, crisis behaviours, and poor emotional regulation Boundary challenges and high-risk behaviours Complex placement histories and safeguarding needs
