Location: Burton-on-Trent
Salary:£32,757.80 to £34,841
Hours: Full-Time | Permanent

Requirements
- Proven experience within an Ofsted-regulated childrens home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 desirable
- Strong leadership, supervision, and mentoring skills
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
Please note: Experience in an Ofsted-regulated childrens home is essential for this role. Applicants without relevant experience cannot be considered.
