Job Title: Deputy Intensive Home Manager Children and Young people
Location: North Shropshire
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum + £3,000 £6,000 sleep-in allowance
Contract: Full Time (39 hours per week)

Our client is launching a brand-new, 2-bed high-intensity therapeutic childrens home in North Shropshire and is looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker to help lead the service from the very beginning.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something new - helping shape a home designed to support children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, giving them stability, care, and a brighter future.
