Deputy Headteacher

Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a UK wide SEN group seeking a dynamic Deputy Headteacher to join their leadership team of its provision for children with social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH), including those with autism spectrum conditions based in East London from September 2026.

As the Deputy Headteacher, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the school community with passion and purpose, driving school improvement forward through shaping and delivering an outstanding curriculum and offer. You will champion a positive and inclusive school culture ensuring the best possible outcomes for all pupils.

You will provide visionary leadership, ensuring high-quality education and care that supports every pupil to reach their potential. You will cultivate a motivated, collaborative team, implement innovative teaching practices, and maintain strong partnerships with parents, carers, and local authorities.

Key Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status with Degree; NPQH desirable. SEND qualifications advantageous.

* Demonstrable leadership experience in a SEN school, supporting pupils with ASC and SEMH needs.

* Proven success in staff management, curriculum development, and school improvement initiatives.

* Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills to drive outcomes and school performance.

* Committed to safeguarding, equality, and creating a supportive, inclusive environment.

Salary: £76,000 – £85,000 (Dependent on experience)
