Be an outstanding classroom practitioner who makes the best use of research-based strategies and technology to enhance learning experiences for pupils Have experience of supporting colleagues to successfully improve their own practice through coaching and modelling Contribute to the day to day running of the school to support the Headteacher and other leaders with the management of safeguarding, personal wellbeing and behaviour Have made a measurable difference to standards in a core curriculum area – ideally English/Writing Be ambitious, demonstrating commitment to their own leadership journey Actively promote the Christian vision and values which are the foundation of everything we do Be committed to go the extra mile to support colleagues, pupils, their families, and the wider community
