We are seeking a motivated and innovative Deputy Headteacher who can demonstrate a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people in a positive environment characterised by strong relationships, trust and respect amongst staff, learners, parents and carers.

In this role, you will play a key role in the journey of opening and shaping this new setting from the ground up.

This role will involve providing dynamic and strategic direction, leadership and accountability in respect of all aspects of standards and the day-to-day management of the academy, as well as undertaking duties as Designated Safeguarding Lead.

What you'll need:

• QTS is essential.
• SENCO qualification is preferred; for the right candidate, there is support and willingness for this to be completed.
