Supporting the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and day‑to‑day management of the school Driving school improvement and ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning and assessment Leading the development and implementation of key priorities within the School Improvement Plan Monitoring the quality of education through lesson visits, work scrutiny and pupil voice Leading professional development and coaching to support staff growth and effectiveness Using assessment information and wider school data to evaluate impact and inform next steps Supporting the leadership of behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding across the school Contributing to the development of the school’s Christian vision and values in daily practice Working with Governors to support strategic evaluation and accountability

Is an experienced Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Headteacher ready for their next challenge Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning Has a strong track record of improving outcomes and developing colleagues Demonstrates excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Is reflective, resilient and able to lead with integrity and professionalism Shares our commitment to securing the very best for every child
