We are seeking an experienced operational leader to drive service excellence and oversee departmental performance across this world-class property.OverviewThis senior leadership position requires a visible presence to manage large-scale hotel departments, multiple service areas, and sizeable teams. You will establish a dynamic service culture, manage profitability, and maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality recognized by leading global travel and culinary guides.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ExperienceProvide a visible presence to both teams and guests to deliver an exceptional experience.Establish a dynamic service culture across all operational teams.Ensure efficient guest operations while maintaining strict cost control.Review, suggest, and implement operational improvements across all areas.Maintain property standards in line with high-level luxury and "Red Star" distinctions.Manage departmental budget lines and payroll alongside departmental managers.Maximize sales opportunities to achieve or exceed budgeted profitability.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and payroll reporting for the property.People & CultureFoster a positive, productive, and inclusive team culture.Support a culture of learning and development to nurture internal talent.Recruit, train, and develop direct reports to achieve personal and business goals.Manage performance and conduct issues in accordance with HR policies.Key Skills, Qualities & ExperienceEssential: Proven experience managing large-scale hotel departments with high volumes and sizeable teams.Essential: A hands-on operator with high levels of accountability and resilience.Preferred: Previous experience within a 4 or 5 Red Star service environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate multiple diverse teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.Service charge/tips typically over £200 per month (£2,400 per year).Complimentary bespoke uniform.Complimentary meals while on duty and free on-site parking.31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service.Holiday Buy/Sell Scheme.Discounted modern live-in accommodation for eligible roles.Professional development opportunities and internal training programs.On-site gym access with personal trainer support.Recognition programs, including Team Member of the Month and annual awards.Celebration of training achievements and personal milestones.Significant discounts on estate restaurants, spa, and gift shop.Health cash plan and 24/7 Employee Assistance Support.Cycle to work scheme and instant wage access via Stream. #J-18808-Ljbffr
