Safestay London Kensington Holland Park Permanent | Full-time Location: London Safestay Holland Park is seeking a hands-on and resilient Deputy General Manager to support the day-to-day running of one of our largest London hostels. This role suits someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, supporting teams directly, and helping maintain structure, safety, and service standards in a busy operational environment. Key responsibilities Supporting daily operations across reception, housekeeping, and facilities
Leading shifts and acting as Duty Manager when required
Supporting and supervising on-site teams
Managing rotas, staffing levels, and operational coverage
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training
Ensuring health, safety, and security procedures are followed
Handling guest issues and incidents professionally
About you Previous experience in hospitality supervision or management
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Calm, confident, and people-focused leadership style
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
