Our client, a stunning premium restaurant group recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 is looking for a dynamic Deputy General Manager to join their standout venue in Birmingham City Centre.

The Role
As Deputy General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead a busy, high-energy fresh food restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.
You will be at the heart of the operation, leading from the front, inspiring your team, and creating an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back time and time again.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and genuinely loves delivering exceptional hospitality.

Experience managing a large, high-volume quality restaurant operation
A proven track record of leading and developing large teams
Strong front of house presence and the ability to engage naturally with guests
The ability to motivate and inspire a team while working under pressure
A passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable guest experiences
Experience training, mentoring and developing team members
Energy, personality and a genuine desire to continually improve the business
