Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading and delivering. Demonstrated delivery of a guest obsessed culture. Restaurant / hospitality experience. Proven track record of leading teams to success. Strong financial skills and ability to comfortably manage audits and due diligence. Ability to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting. Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and deliver business results. Excellent problem‑solving skills and quick thinking. Great communication skills to lead, inspire a team and delight guests.
