Deputy Depot Manager Buckinghamshire – Commutable from Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Bedford, Northampton £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training + Benefits Package This is a management role for a market‑leading hire company, ideal for those with a background in hire, plant, or construction equipment. The Deputy Depot Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a busy hire depot, supervising heads of after‑market, hire, administration, transport and sales. Responsibilities
Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the depot. Supervise and support department heads across after‑market, hire, administration, transport and sales. Ensure operations run smoothly and meet performance targets. Coordinate with the depot manager to maintain service standards. Work 40 hours per week (5 days per week) with Saturdays on rota.
Candidate Requirements
Background in plant, hire, construction equipment or a similar field. Proven management experience.
