Location: NEW HOME, Royston Salary: £33,600 - £34,800 + additional £3,250 - £6,500 per year for sleep-ins Hours: Full-time, long day shifts with occasional sleep-ins Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

Requirements:
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Residential Children’s Home as a Senior or Deputy
*
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People
*
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
*
Experience managing budgets and rotas
*
Full UK driving license
