Deputy Children Homes Manager – East London Area – Up to £39,500 – Full Time Role

They are looking for a Deputy Children’s Home Manager that will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. In keeping with the company ethos, the Deputy Manager is focused on quality, excellent service delivery, supporting staff development, efficient use of resources, development, and commercial success.

Deputy Children Homes Manager Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the rights of the young people are upheld and promoted at all times in accordance with the principles of choice, respect, dignity and privacy. Ensure that all issues relating to the safeguarding of vulnerable children and/or adults are reported according to policies and procedures and in accordance with the safeguarding policy. Ensure that if there are significant changes to individual service users’ needs these are raised with the Service Manager. Ensure that all records are maintained in accordance with Heartwood Care’s policies and procedures.
