Are you a passionate and experienced leader in children’s residential care?
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Children’s Home Manager to lead a 3-bed EBD home and continue delivering exceptional outcomes for young people.
The home was rated “Good” in all areas at its latest Ofsted inspection, so you’ll be stepping into a well-run, stable and successful service. The long-term vision is to help young people transition into supported living, equipping them with the confidence and life skills they need to thrive.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in children’s residential care
A passion for improving the lives of young people with EBD
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A child-focused approach, putting the wellbeing of our young people at the heart of everything you do
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People or equivalent
As Deputy Manager, you will:
Support and develop a dedicated care team
Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards
