Working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, supporting high-quality learning and teaching, positive relationships and improved outcomes for all pupils. This post does not carry a regular teaching commitment, however the successful candidate may be required to provide class cover when necessary. Salary will be based on point 3 of the Depute Headteachers and Headteachers SNCT Salary Table plus Distant Islands Allowance.
