South East | Full-Time | Engineering & Operations

Are you an experienced engineering leader looking for your next challenge in the generator hire or power solutions sector?

A busy depot in the South East is on the lookout for a Depot Foreman to oversee daily operations, lead a skilled team of engineers and labourers, and ensure all equipment is compliant, safe, and ready to perform. If you’ve got a strong background in diesel engines, plant maintenance, and team leadership—this could be your next step.

What you’ll be doing:

✅ Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary engineering team

✅ Driving a culture of safety, quality, and operational efficiency

✅ Attending site surveys, installations, and breakdowns when needed

✅ Managing stock, workshop processes, and equipment maintenance

✅ Supporting out-of-hours operations as part of a rota

What you’ll need:

Engineering background (generators/diesel engines preferred)

Proven leadership experience in a depot or workshop setting

Strong grasp of health, safety & compliance standards

Full UK driving licence
