This is a high energy role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, setting the tempo on the shop floor, and building a motivated, engaged team. You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining standards, and delivering a great customer experience in a busy trading environment. Working closely with the wider management team, you will be responsible for leading your department through presence, pace, and clear direction. What You Will Do Lead the department confidently on the shop floor, setting the tone for service and performance Drive sales through strong commercial awareness and focus on results Coach, develop, and inspire your team to deliver consistent, high quality service Maintain excellent visual, operational, and commercial standards Run daily team briefings to keep the team aligned, motivated, and focused
