Department Manager – Primark, Tooting Location: Primark, TootingSalary: £42,055 (includes 31 days annual leave & pension)Contract: Full‑Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7 A people‑first culture where you can work with impact. You will be a key leader, accountable and empowered within a structured framework to mould your team’s growth and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to support the daily running of the store. Responsible for at least one department, managing stock ordering and merchandising. Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives. Provide a superior level of customer service. Drive your own development by taking advantage of digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways. In the absence of senior management, oversee the store for the shift.
Qualifications
Experienced manager with proven leadership skills. Ability to view situations from a commercial perspective, fostering innovative thinking. Capable of working and making decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive nature with a determination to succeed.
