Team Member's areas

A Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.

You will join

the kitchen brigade, working in your designated section.

You enjoy

assisting the Chef de Partie with the food preparation for all relevant menus. You will support with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieve all departmental targets.
