Yauatcha Soho, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan and Yauatcha restaurants, is seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie Dim Sum to join our team.
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality environment, delivering exceptional dim sum dishes while developing your culinary skills within a world-class brand known for precision, consistency and excellence in Cantonese cuisine.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and present a variety of dim sum dishes in line with brand standards, ensuring consistency, quality and attention to detail.
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the dim sum section, ensuring mise en place is prepared efficiently for service.
Work closely with senior chefs to maintain high culinary standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
Support stock control, rotation and waste management to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Follow recipes, techniques and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency across all dishes.
Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Follow all health, safety and food compliance procedures in line with company standards.
What Were Looking For Experience in a similar role, ideally within a quality restaurant specialising in dim sum, Cantonese cuisine or high-volume kitchens.
Passion for food and strong attention to detail, particularly in preparation and presentation.
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
